It is day 13 of my quit smoking campaign and it is going better than I had first thought. I seem to have lost a lot of the craving to nicotine at this stage of giving up as the ‘Quit Smoking Team’ had anticipated but I am still struggling with the habitual side of being an ex-smoker.
